Position

The Administrative & Operations Specialist will be working directly with our Operations Teams to handle administrative tasks and special projects.

This individual will work be working to support our Eastern United States & Corporate Operations with special projects that could involve transferring data files, scheduling technicians, MS Excel projects as well as reviewing and categorizing company acquisition targets via reviewing websites and other lists. This position will have room for advancement for someone who is eager and willing to learn other areas.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Working on projects with minimal oversight. This includes solving simple and complex problems.
  • Review websites, categorizing them based on priority.
  • Categorize acquisition targets based on specific BioTech industry. This requires the ability to learn quickly on the different types of Life Sciences companies.
  • Document acquisition targets and organize them in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Review Technician schedules for efficiency
  • Review and digitally organize client files.
  • Review videos with specific project instructions.
  • Offer ways and ideas to improve current tasks for greater efficiency.
  • Maintain pipeline, and create reports

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to work asynchronously with minimal oversight. This includes solving simple and complex problems.
  • Must be fluent in English and communicate with excellent business grammar and etiquette.
  • This position requires someone to have a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
